Circle Fries
I started making these when the kids were little. They are a healthier alternative to french fries and they love them.
These could not be more simple. All you will need is:
Cooking spray (Pam)
Kosher salt or seasoned salt (I like Lawry's)
Potatoes - you can use any kind. I like the size and texture of new red potatoes myself but have also used Russets and Idaho Golds.
Wash the potatoes and slice into 1/4" rounds.
Lay the rounds out on a cookie sheet or baking stone. I'm a big fan of stoneware - I don't actually even own a cookie sheet - but whatever floats your boat is fine.
Spray the potatoes with cooking spray, flip them over and spray the other side. Sprinkle with seasoning or Kosher salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender and lightly browned.
That's it! Enjoy.

I can't live without Lawry's. Really. I think I'd shrivel up and die.
I am definitely trying this! Thank you!
